We visited an orphanage on the north side of the city. Just before we entered the building, we lowered our Geiger counter to the ground. At a distance of 10 cm above the ground, the device hit the alarm. The radioactivity was normal in the air but we had to avoid everything what was on the ground. So we were not allowed to pick up anything from the floor. When we came in we saw several classrooms with all school stuff. A little further away were the dormitories with all metal beds. The head of a doll lay on a mattress behind the bedspreads. Before the bed was the trunk of the decapitated doll. Should the orphan who had to flee the disaster so much in a hurry that she wanted to take the doll quickly but that the head of the doll stuck between the bars?
